great customer service from start to finish, I had to change my delivery date 3 times due to delays in my new build and each time was never a problem. Delivery arrived on time and delivery men very friendly. Sofa is perfect, looks lovely in my new living room. Thank you sofa club

Great service. Easy process to purchase online, with a follow up call within a few days to confirm order. Bought two sofas from the Chelsea range and they are amazing. Delivery was fast, with an easy process to book it. Good communication throughout, from ordering to delivery. Would recommend.

Sofa club kept us up to date through every step of the way. They were on time and the delivery drivers were brilliant. They noticed a slight scuff on one of the foot stools that must have happened in transit, notified us straight away and reported it straight off for us. The sofa is beautiful I’m so glad now that I used this company can’t recommend them enough :)

Overall terrible experience which resulted in me cancelling my order.

I originally placed an order for a sofa which was advertised as “delivered by Christmas”, this was then confirmed with a delivery date of 3rd January. Not a huge delay but slightly inconvenient, so I arranged the collection of my old sofa for late December before all the bank holidays arrived. I then had contact from sofa club on 28th December to say my ordered has been rescheduled, to the 14th February. Short notice and ridiculous amount of time to delay due to stock issues, which surely would have been known from the date I placed the order.

This then got delayed again at the end of January to the beginning of March and I was fed up of the delay and at this point expected it to happen again anyway.

I asked for a refund and they offered to cover delivery if I kept my order, which I responded to say I would expect this anyway for the inconvenience as I had to purchase furniture in the interim. But this was ignored in the email and the order canceled with a refund due but no compensation.

Great experience from seeing the sofa to purchasing online.
Also an issue arose a few days after which has been resolved promptly !

Ordered sofa and then let me know it’s out of stock. Been trying to get hold of them since and no response.

Poor customer service.

Great service from start to finish. Great value for money. We had a look at what we wanted in Manchester Arndale Centre and was helped by Kai who was really helpful in helping us choose what we wanted. Delivery came today which was early and even the delivery team were really good. Would 100% recommend

The sofas are lovely but I would say overpriced and the photos are very edited and make them look very different to what you will find on the market.
I bought the Chelsea corner sofa and footstool.

I like it but would or should I have spent that amount of money? No
I feel you can find this anywhere else just with unedited pictures and for less ££’s.
If you look well enough I am sure you can get a well made sofa for a smaller price with good fabric that would last.

Sofa club did not take long to deliver and was able to move my delivery date due to not being moved into yet. The men who delivered my sofa were polite and made my sofa, took the rubbish/cardboard back with them and made my sofa nicely.

Easy ordering system online and deliver was far quicker than expected. Little nervous on buying the sofa without seeing or sitting on, but I shouldn't have worried as everything is great! Would recommend and would use again.

Delivery was quick and the guys set it up quickly, put the sofa were I wanted it. I was very very pleased with the service as well as the quality of the sofa! It’s sooo comfortable and HUGE!
